I can give you a couple dozen reasons why you shouldn’t see the movie “The Shack”, and I can give you a hundred blogs detailing how horrible the doctrine is. But I think you should see it. I intend to go see it and here’s why:
Due to this being a major election year, I see many of my favorite bloggers, YouTubers, musicians, and actors turning to tell you who you should vote for. Words like ‘Mainstream Media’ and ‘Scandal’ become commonplace, everyday speech. Any time I read, view, or listen to any religious material, I am now consistently running into this one question:

Recently, a slew of NFL players have either kneeled or sat during the National Anthem, while the custom is to stand with your hand over your heart. This has caused an uproar all the way from celebrities to company water coolers. It started with San Francisco 49ers Quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, and has spread on from there. Colin’s reason for doing this? Because of national racism and police brutality. The media coverage has been phenomenal. Which is exactly the point. To start a conversation.
This morning I woke up and decided to check what was going on in the world. The first article I saw was about yesterday’s Baton Rouge shooting. I read the article, and I read the comments. Over 1100 comments, with a live stream update adding about 1 comment every 2 or 3 seconds. The question that comes to me is this: If there was a God, why is there so much evil in the world?
